Kathleen Roe has been practicing law for 17 years.  Kathleen’s general practice includes, but is not limited to, civil litigation and workers’ compensation.  She advises individuals and companies in the areas of employment law, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, personal injury, contract disputes, construction disputes, wrongful death, mold litigation, subrogation, products liability, work injuries, workers’ compensation and insurance.

She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation and workers’ compensation.

Kathleen’s expertise has been widely recognized by the legal industry–she is rated AV-Preeminent (the highest possible rating) by Martindale-Hubbell—an independent, peer-based review board.

About Kathleen

Kathleen was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa.  She graduated from North High School in 1989.  She played softball for the University of Iowa on scholarship and in 1991 transferred to Morningside College on a softball scholarship and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science.  She graduated from Creighton University School of Law with her Juris Doctor in 1998.  At that time, she returned to Sioux City and began practicing law.

Kathleen and her husband Bob live in Sioux City, Iowa where they have raised two children, Rob and Gabrielle.  Kathleen enjoys golfing, working out, gardening and spending time with family.
